Sale Includes:
  • Sale 1 includes Doublewide Home (was a trailer title that was retired when placed on foundation) Septic and water will be capped when the building are removed (foundation, well and septic, TV tower remains).
  • Sale 2 includes a 2 car garage (no concrete to be removed).

CONDITION OF SALE:
  1. Deposit: $100.00 on Sale 1 and 2,  all by certified check or cashiers check. This check must be presented to the Department of Transportation (DelDOT) at the TIME of the auction for the bidder to be eligible to bid. The check is to be made payable to the State of Delaware. The balance of the approved purchase price is due within sixty (60) days from the date of the approved Sales Contract.
  2. If the BUYER fails to comply with the conditions of the sale, the deposit shall be forfeited.
  3. DelDOT reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers.
  4. The improvements are being sold in "as-is" condition.
  5. Additional Provisions: The "Buyer" must furnish to the Department an approved building permit after the approval of the Sales Agreement denoting the parcel of land that the structures are to be placed.
  6. Each Buyer will have 60 calendar days after the Department approves the location site to remove the structures. (Attached is the Department's Special Provision 211503) Adobe PDF file
