The DelDOT Application for Registry of Contractors is provided in Adobe PDF format. The application
must be printed out, information filled in, and mailed to DelDOT prior to bidding on any
DelDOT project. It is imperative that your firm provides its Federal Employer Identification
Number (F.E.I.), a street address, plus a Post Office Box, if applicable.
Indicate by placing a check mark around those categories for which your firm is to receive advertisements.
