In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Delaware Department of Transportation has established a proposed overall goal of 12.22% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation on federal aid contracts during Federal Fiscal Year 2010. The goal includes a race-neutral participation goal of 1.54%. The public is advised that the information on the methodology used to develop this goal is available for review during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday) until the close of business day August 31, 2009.

The Civil Rights Administration office will accept comments on the proposed goal until the close of business day August 31, 2009. Comments may be addressed to Carla E. Elliott, Civil Rights Administrator at 800 Bay Road, P.O. Box 778, Dover, DE 19903.
