In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Delaware Department Of Transportation has established a proposed overall goal of 13.09% on all federal aid contracts for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for Federal Fiscal Year 2009. The goal includes a race-neutral participation goal of 1.41%. The public is advised that the information on the methodology used to develop this goal is available for review during normal business hours (8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday) until the close of business day August 15, 2008, in the DelDOT Administration Center, 800 Bay Road, Dover, DE 19901.

The Civil Rights Administration office will accept comments on the goal until the close of business day August 15, 2008. Comments may be addressed to Richard H. Rexrode, DBE Program Manager at 800 Bay Road, P.O. Box 778, Dover, DE 19903.
