DelDOT Consultant Registration and DBE certification for consulting are separate issues. Information pertaining to obtaining DBE certification in Delaware can be obtained by contacting Amy Miller, DBE Administrative Specialist at phone number (302) 760-2035 or e-mail address   amy.miller@state.de.us.

The Department encourages Certified DBE Consultants to register in order to participate in DelDOT agreements.
