Tom Felice is a Professional Engineer with the Delaware Department of Transportation. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Tom is responsible for managing projects that pertain to: roadway design, operational analyses, and site development. He is originally from Malvern, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Dover. Tom is an active runner and frequently takes long bike rides.
