Demolition of the old I-95 Service Plaza is in progress. The new service plaza is anticipated to reopen in June 2010 with the following amenities:

• Sunoco gas service station with 21 fuel pumps and high-speed diesel fuel dispensers
• A Plus Convenience store
• Delaware State Visitor Center providing information on local and statewide attractions, events, and activities
• Environmentally-friendly truck parking area complete with anti-idle hookups
• "Postcards from Delaware" retail store selling local products that highlight the state's history, heritage, and culture
• Snack/restaurant facilities:
  • Baja Fresh
  • Z Market
  • Starbucks
  • Burger King
  • Brioche Doree
  • Cinnabon/Carvel
  • Famous Famiglia Pizza
