Q. When are applications due?A: Applications are due by November 1st and a map showing the location where the sand barrel is to be placed must be submitted along with the application.
Q. Is it necessary to reapply each year?A: Yes. We require a new request form each year.
Q. How do I know if my development qualifies?A: Currently, only developments within the North and Canal Districts are eligible. For clarification, please contact George Hollis at 302.326.4462.
