- Matching Funds = $143,000 (Delaware Community Foundation, state legislative funds, and volunteer labor)

Features:
- Transportation museum and tourism facility located on first floor
- Interior and exterior renovations: 22,000 original paver bricks used to veneer the building exterior and
loading docks; old floor joins salvaged to restore second story; best of salvaged 1865 lumber and wainscot
used in the restoration
