Bradford Lane and Apple Road to Wyoming Road at the Delaware Technology Park

The Newark Bike Committee and Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO) also assisted with the project

Funding:
- TE Funds = $1,900,000
- Matching Funds = $200,000 (DNREC's Delaware Lane and Water Conservation Trust Fund)
- Total = $2,100,000

Features:
- Connects to University of Delaware, Delaware Technology Park, College Square Shopping Center and several neighborhoods
- Passes through three City of Newark Parks: Phillips Park, Lewes Park, and Kells Park
- Bike racks, benches, litter receptacles, lights, and safety call boxes

Eligible Activities:
- Conversion of abandoned railway corridors to trails
- Acquired unused railroad property for multi-use trail
- Pedestrian and bicycle facilities
- Paved trail with adjacent jogging/walking path of crushed stone or turf
