Nathan Reads to Delaware Elementary School Students
DelDOT Secretary Nathan Hayward paid a visit to the kindergarten class at Allen Frear Elementary School recently. During
his visit, Nathan read the story "Katy and the Snow Plow" to the children. This gave Secretary Hayward
a chance to explain how to be safe on the days when the snow plows are out in their neighborhoods. After the story,
Secretary Hayward had a special treat for the children - the chance to see, climb in and have their picture taken
