100 Million Transactions for Delaware E-ZPass

The McGuigan family of Middletown, Delaware own the E-ZPass Transponder that recorded the 100
millionth E-ZPass transaction on Delaware's toll roads. As a special "Thank
You", the family received a gift basket with E-ZPass goodies, a certificate, and $100
in prepaid tolls!!
Delaware has been operating E-ZPass since November 1998, and it has taken six years to get to this point. E-ZPass does about 35 million transactions on Delaware roads each year. That's nearly than 3,000,000 each month.
