Project Need:
Delaware’s Transportation Management Teams are composed of state, county, and municipal emergency response and transportation agencies. The TMTs also include support agencies at the state, regional, and federal level. The TMTs work together to make joint decisions on how an incident or event that impacts the transportation system will be handled. The goal of the TMT Program is to improve the response to transportation-related incidents by improving inter-agency training, communications, operations, and resources
