Millsboro-South Area (Millsboro, Dagsboro, Frankford, and Selbyville)

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has preliminarily identified the Blue Alternative, the longest eastern bypass of Millsboro, Dagsboro and Frankford, and On-alignment improvements through Selbyville, as the Recommended Preferred Alternative for the Millsboro-South Area. Improved connections at SR 24, 26 and 54 are also part of the Recommended Preferred Alternative.
The Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was released for public review and comment on August 16, 2013. The public comment period ended on October 4, 2013.
Public hearings on the DEIS were held on September 18, 2013 at the Millsboro Civic Center and September 19, 2013 at the Selbyville Fire Hall. Public hearing materials may be found here.
