On September 25, 2025, DelDOT, the Delaware Office of Highway Safety Summit (OHS), and the Delaware State Police (DSP) hosted the second annual Delaware Highway Safety Summit at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware. Like the inaugural event in 2024, this event brought together engineers, planners, highway safety education specialists, and law enforcement to learn about various safety initiatives occurring across Delaware to continue our efforts towards zero deaths and serious injuries resulting from crashes on Delaware’s roadways. This year’s event focused on the integration of the Safe System Approach.
