FOR TRAVEL TO I295 NORTHBOUND, LOAD WILL USE EXIT 1 (US13 TOWARDS WILMINGTON, DOVER) FROM I495 SOUTHBOUND. LOAD WILL THEN MERGE ONTO THE I295 NORTHBOUND RAMP FROM US13 SOUTHBOUND.
