The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will be holding a public workshop to solicit public input for the intersection improvements at Bear Road and Reybold Drive (including a single-lane roundabout at the SR 1 Tybouts Interchange in Bear, Delaware). Foulkstone Pathway Project

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will be hosting the first public workshop for the Foulkstone Pathway project to discuss alternative designs for improving the pathway between Foulk Road and Saddler Lane. This project includes constructing an 8-10’ wide shared-use pathway, adding a crosswalk on the south side of the Foulkstone Plaza/ Foulk Road intersection, and constructing a shared-use pathway connection to Talley Day Park.

This project was identified in the US202 Masterplan and Monitoring Group to improve regional bicycle connectivity and submitted by WILMAPCO to DelDOT for prioritization in the FY26 Bike/ Pedestrian Program. [More]
