The Delaware Department of Transportation, along with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), has prepared a Millsboro South Area Combined Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) / Record of Decision (ROD) in response to public and agency comments.
The Blue Alternative is no longer being considered.
Public Hearing Information
