Performance-based Rating System
29 Del.C. §6962(c)(12) and Regulation 2408
Purpose:
In accordance with 29 Del.C. §6962(c)(12) and Regulation 2408, the Department of Transportation will be completing performance-based contractor evaluations on all large public works contracts (excluding Community Transportation Fund and Municipal Street Aid contracts). The results of those evaluations will produce an average rating for each Prime Contractor and be displayed in the table below in accordance with the regulation.
