Construction Contractor Registration - New Online Process Starting August 4, 2025

Thank you for your interest in becoming a registered construction contractor with the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT).

Effective August 4, 2025, all construction contractor registrations will be processed exclusively online through our new registration platform, SimpliGov. This system provides a quick, secure, and efficient way to submit your registration—online registration is now our preferred and required method.

For Prime Contractors: Before beginning the registration process, please ensure your W-9 is submitted to the Division of Accounting (DOA) to obtain your State of Delaware vendor number.
