Your new DelDOT Economic Development Coordination (EUS) system will be launched on August 4, 2026! In order to migrate the data properly, we will need to shut down the current UPA and EPS applications on July 30 at 4:30p. Here are the main points to remember:

• Current EPS and UPA applications will shut down for data migration July 30 at 4:30p
• Your existing data will be migrated to the new system
• Your username will remain unchanged, but you will be prompted to create a new password
• You will have ONE login for any of the three applications you normally access: EPS, UPA, State Projects
• You can go ahead and watch training videos and review training guides prior to the launch below
• The new system will be available to you on August 4 at 8a

It will then walk through the registration process from the invited user’s perspective.

EUS Module 3: UPA Application Submission Process

This DelDOT Online permitting system training module will demonstrate how a utility company employee or consultant creates and submits a new permit application using the DelDOT application process.

EUS Module 4: EPS Application Submission Process

This DelDOT online permitting system training module will demonstrate how an applicant creates and submits a new Entrance permit application using the DelDOT entrance permitting system, EUS.

EUS Module 5: Utility Company Employee Portal Walkthrough
