Jackson Street from 6th Street to Delaware Avenue, 6th Street from Jackson Street to Adams Street, 7th Street from Jackson Street to Adams Street, 8th Street from Jackson Street to Adams Street, 9th Street from Jackson Street to Adams Street, and 10th Street from Jackson Street to Adams Street.

Reduce Jackson Street to a single through lane and provide a buffered bike lane and additional pedestrian crossings. On-street parking will remain. Provide bike lanes along 10TH Street, 9TH Street, 8TH Street, 7TH Street, and 6TH Street within the project limits. Provide bike boxes as needed at the intersections within the project limits. Close 7TH Street bridge over I-95 to vehicular traffic between Jackson Street and Adams Street.
