The DelDOT Active Transportation and Community Connections (ATCC) Section is responsible for the project design, management, and construction of community-based projects that strengthen Delaware’s intermodal transportation system. The ATCC Section is within DelDOT’s Planning Division but partners with all its programs to develop comprehensive and safe projects that enhance the variety of transportation choices community members and travelers have to get to schools, jobs, healthcare, retail, recreational areas and other transportation networks.
