FOR TRAVEL TO I95 SOUTHBOUND, LOAD WILL USE EXIT 5 A-B (SR141 TOWARDS NEWPORT, NEW CASTLE) FROM I495 SOUTHBOUND. LOAD WILL THEN MERGE ONTO I95 SOUTHBOUND USING THE EXTEME RIGHT HAND LANE.
